With Verisure, your home is looked after from end to end. The connected alarm, linked to remote monitoring, is connected to an APSAD R31 P5-certified monitoring centre (3). In practical terms, this means agents are continuously monitoring your home 24/7.

If an intrusion occurs, the agents can speak to the intruders to try to drive them away using the intercom module available on the multifunction badge reader, and-once the incident has been confirmed-alert the police if needed. If smoke is detected or an SOS is triggered, the monitoring centre responds within 10 seconds (4) and contacts the appropriate emergency services.

Before anything is installed, a security technician visits to carry out an audit of your property. This assessment identifies the areas to secure and the equipment required to provide full coverage. Once the plan is agreed, the technician installs the devices.
