Tesla Cybercab in Portugal: Find out when and where you can see it.

After Milan and Madrid, it is now Lisbon’s turn to host the Tesla Cybercab. This is the brand’s vision of the future of mobility, and it will be on display at the Tesla Centre Lisbon - Belas from 9 to 12 July.

First unveiled to the public in October 2024 in Los Angeles, the Cybercab is a 100% autonomous, all-electric robotaxi, created to provide one-person transport with no human involvement at all. That is why it has no steering wheel or pedals.

Its stop in Lisbon forms part of the Cybercab’s European tour: a series of events designed to introduce the public to the future of autonomous, electric mobility. Entry is free, but registration is required and can be completed via this link.

Everything we already know about the Tesla Cybercab

The vehicle’s design has raised eyebrows, even if it is not quite as shocking as the Cybertruck’s. The pick-up’s influence is obvious, but the overall styling is far more softened. The doors open upwards, and the pared-back cabin offers just two seats and an enormous touchscreen on the centre console.

The Tesla Cybercab is not meant to be “just” a self-driving taxi. According to Musk, it stands for the future of mobility, allowing drivers to reclaim the time they currently lose on everyday journeys.
