Vivo X300 Ultra tipped at 8.19 mm thick with 6.82-inch 2K 144 Hz OLED

Fresh details about the flagship Vivo X300 Ultra have leaked online. According to the well-known insider Digital Chat Station, the handset will feature a 6.82-inch BOE OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate, along with Ultra HDR support. The casing is also said to measure 8.19 mm in thickness.

The leak also attributes 100 W wired charging and 40 W wireless charging to the device, plus a high-powered vibration motor and an upgraded audio system. Vivo had previously revealed key camera specs: the X300 Ultra will use an ultra-wide module built around the Sony LYTIA 818 sensor with a 1/1.28-inch optical format, CIPA 6.0-level stabilisation, and a 200-megapixel main sensor.

The company has also shown a branded photography kit for the X300 Ultra. It includes two teleconverters (Cannon 400 and Lipstick 200), a dedicated case, filters, a strap, and a refreshed control grip with extra customisable buttons. Inside the grip is a 2300 mAh battery supporting 55 W charging.

Launch date, location and expected rivals

The presentation of the new Vivo X series will take place on 30 March at 19:00 in Lijiang, Yunnan Province. Alongside the X300 Ultra, the X300s and the Pad6 Pro tablet are expected to be unveiled, with sales of the new products starting on 3 April. Once on the market, the Vivo X300 Ultra is set to compete with other top camera-focused flagships such as the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
