A Xiaomi smartphone released as recently as January is already seeing a hefty discount of almost -40% - pure AliExpress.

Up to and including 28 March, AliExpress is running its “Milestone Days” event, with strong deals across a wide range of tech.

AliExpress deal on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G: price, code and deadlines

In particular, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G (256 GB) has dropped to 259 euros instead of 403 euros for the 256 GB/8 GB version when you use the FRBD25 code. That works out at a 36% reduction, which is notable given the handset has only been on sale since January.

Because stock is limited - and so is the number of promo codes - it’s worth moving quickly if you want to maximise your chances and save a significant amount on this recent smartphone.

AliExpress also includes several perks: free, fast delivery; a free 15-day return period with a refund; a two-year manufacturer’s warranty; and the option to pay in 4 interest-free instalments with PayPal (that’s 4 payments of about 64 euros over 4 months).

Outstanding value for money

The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G is Xiaomi’s latest addition in the mid-range category. The Redmi line has long been known for strong value for money, and this model follows the same approach. Add in AliExpress’ discount and it becomes even more compelling - especially as it has only been available for a little over two months.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G: performance, screen and battery

On the hardware side, this phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra chipset, paired here with 8 GB of RAM. In practice, that combination delivers smooth day-to-day performance for most common tasks. The HyperOS interface is a pleasure to use, blending easy navigation with smart features for a very enjoyable experience.

Xiaomi has also taken care over the display on the Redmi Note 15 Pro, fitting a large 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution (2,772 x 1,280 pixels), a 120 Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of 3,200 nits. In other words, it has what’s needed for a strong visual experience.

Photography is handled by two rear cameras - a 200 Mpx wide sensor and an 8 Mpx ultra-wide - plus a 20 Mpx front camera. While it isn’t outstanding, image quality remains very satisfying for this model, and it can record video up to 4K at 30 frames per second.

Battery life is another area Xiaomi has prioritised, with a sizeable 6,580 mAh battery. With that capacity, the phone can last a full day under heavy use, and potentially longer with more moderate usage. It also supports 45 W fast charging and 22.5 W reverse charging.

The Redmi Note 15 Pro also supports 5G, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi‑Fi 6. Finally, it carries an IP68 rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and can survive immersion in water up to 1.50 m for 30 minutes. Overall, it delivers a solid everyday experience and should suit most users - and if you want it at this particularly attractive price, it’s best not to wait around.
